Medical past

Analyzing a guru's medical past may be interesting. Some of them were exposed to medicine frequently – not as practitioners, but as patients, during periods of "internment” in psychiatric hospitals.

Psychoanalytical analysis of the works of Otto Miihl, founder of AAO, known in France as Kommune, carried out at the request of the Austrian Government. It presents a clear diagnosis of the guru:

The author was undoubtedly a child with a character disorder (to this level, that he tried to kill his father with the chair). The experiences of the war and its atrocities caused visible injuries already in childhood.
This man was under the influence of a very clear inferiority complex, however, he turned it into a superiority complex. He is also paranoid, as well as someone perverse. He mentions the damage and prejudice caused by his parents, education and petty-bourgeois environment. However, he is primarily a rebel against society.

W 1968 year Otto Mtihl introduces himself as a painter "anarchist": describes herself naked, kapi lemoncego lemoniadą, dancing in the circle of Austrian writers, from which he was immediately excluded after this incident.

Even if guru biographies are rarely so caricatured, examining their personal pasts can often point to mental disorders affecting their dictatorial future.
